Aluminium Windows and Doors - more
The Schuco Aluminium Window System (AWS) combines unique architectural and design features with functional benefits. With basic frame depths ranging from 50 to 75mm and excellent thermal performance, the new system provides a complete solution for both fabricators and architects.
The Metal Technology Thermally-Broken Commercial casement window (System 420) and Tilt & turn (System 520) has been designed to offer the specifier the advantages of polyamide thermal break technology in meeting the latest thermal requirements of the current building regulations.
Aluminium Curtain Walling - more
The Schuco FW50 + and FW60 offer tried and tested solutions which have proven themselves time and again in projects all over the world. With the wide range of cover caps available, the standard systems for vertical facades offer outstanding design options for every type of facade.
Metal Technology have designed curtain walling systems for high (System 17) and low rise (System 8) applications. A wide range of caps allow the designer to select external projections ranging from 15mm to 50mm.
Structurally Frameless Curtain Walling - more
The Schuco FW50 + SG range can be used to create impressive structural glazing. This system is equally impressive in smaller constructions. The flush fitted appearance of the facade is achieved by using profiles that are only visible on the room side

Metal technology provide a ground floor shopfront treatment system (flush glaze-System 9) that offers the architect and specifier a range of framing suitable for all types of commercial entrances.
The basic suite of profiles allows for both single and double glazed configurations. Metal Technology provide an extensive range of commercial quality door systems which can be used in conjunction with this system.
As part of our package Walsin, in conjunction with a local supplier
can also provide fully automated doors which are DDA compliant.
Roof Glazing Systems - more
In the Schuco range the FW50 +/FW60+ skylight construction are ideal for producing the most architecturally sophisticated and visually appealing skylight designs, such as polygons and pyramids.
Within the Metal Technology range rooflights can also be constructed using their System 17 high rise curtain walling through the use of ridge sections.
Walsin also provide frameless screens without any aluminium framing. Frameless glass frontages are now used by many major retail groups and within the commercial sector, larger more elaborate bolted glass assemblies are also possible using structurally glazed systems.
